Thank you again for the numbers Hunted.
Game 3 ended with the first runaway winner with Uncle Buck who goes through seeded along with Highlander, which will be in the unseeded side of the draw in round 2. Sadly we have to say goodbye to Gregory's Girl and the throat ripping Road House.

The Running Man.
Good 80's soundtrack too.
P.s. fucking hate Ferris Bueller.

Big. Agree that Ferris is pish. Haven't seen Platoon for some reason which is strange since I really like Full Metal Jacket and Apocalypse Now.

I think the character of Ferris Bueller is too much of a cocky prick for me to really connect to, this is my least favourite John Hughes movies, Pretty in Pink, Sixteen Candles and Weird Science are way better and they are not even in this competition. Would swap this for Weird Science any day of the week!
Platoon was decent enough.
I am torn between Big and The Running Man, I hope both go through, I could watch both movies over and over again. I was even lucky enough to play on the big piano that Tom Hanks was doing chopsticks on in Big when I went to New York a few years ago.
I hope both go through but I am going for the movie with the best/cheesiest one liners, The Running Man. "Follow me lightbulb..."

Big, please.

I'm going to go for Platoon here, the others are good too though

This doesn't get any easier, a bit cliche I know.
Big - Classic 80's. So easy to watch it again and again, a holiday favourite anytime of year. Has stood the test of time too, which is a plus.

Ferris Bueller. Fancied the dame in it

Sudden death between The Running Man and Ferris Bueller.
Next vote for either will see them go through to the next round unseeded!
Please can I also have 4 numbers from 1-44 so I can get the next game up
I am between nightshifts so would love it if one of you fine posters can find time to do this as soon as you can and break the deadlock please, everyone is welcome to participate in the competitions, the more the merrier!

I've already voted, but can offer you 5, 7, 16 and 22 if that's okay.

Thank you Pat
Will have to call it so I can get the next comp up, if deadlock happens again and no votes in sudden death for this round then I will put through the movie who got the first vote.
In this case it will be The Running Man.
