Re: ireland v scotland

Ireland will be right in our faces. If they score first I think we could be in for a tough afternoon.  If we score first we can hopefully hit them on the counter attack.  I'm going 2-0 Ireland unfortunately.

Too much commotion

0-0.

Re: ireland v scotland

That wouldn't be a disaster. Ireland are no great shakes and we are well capable of winning but they are effective and will be right up for it.

Re: ireland v scotland

McGeady a big doubt for them but I think that's a bonus for them rather than a loss, we took care of him pretty well last time.

As much as I want us to win and I hate being negative, when it comes to Scotland, I can't see us winning it. I don't think Ireland are any great shakes, but think they will get a narrow win. Would gladly eat my words and will be supporting Scotland all the way regardless.

Re: ireland v scotland

Won't be watching it.  Hate most of the players in the Scotland squad.

Re: ireland v scotland

I'll predict a 2-1 win for Scotland, i reckon Strachan has got the players believing

Re: ireland v scotland

Mulgrews not fit and Forsyth is not good enough and no-one is covering where Anya normally is. Struggling big time on the left hand side. Strachan seems to have a different excuse for not giving Andy Robertson a game every time.

Too much commotion

Re: ireland v scotland

Offside goal. If they win we should take them to court!

Like others, confused why Mulgrew starts after such a lengthy layoff. Forsyth not having a great game. Few changes needed.

Re: ireland v scotland

We need width going forward, we need a LB who can defend Andy Robertson must be raging watching that clown gettin a game in front of him.

Too many not turned up further forward as well, poor stuff.

Re: ireland v scotland

Ireland, hammer throwers. See they have re-introduced the tackle from behind.

Would have liked to see us making more attacks. We gave the ball away cheaply. Put ourselves under pressure. Worked hard and got a point which I would have taken before the game.

Aye true; as I said, I would have taken a point before the game. I think we have the better run-in of games with the two big games at Hampden. Georgia could be the banana skin.

Wow, just Wow! Complete and utter misunderstanding. Using information to suit the agenda there me thinks. So far off the mark.
