Ok last question.
Did you actually get any sleep at all that night outside Tannadice?

And this is the pic I took of the monster...

Derek.
Immense respect for sleeping overnight outside Tannadice for Roma tickets.
Fucking legend mate.
Thank you for your hour and apologies for skim reading the start (was just trying to catch-up mate).
Next weeks 'Fan Focus' will be with Lifesanocean.
It was good fun, but I got off relatively easily. Was really glad the Erasure line of questions stopped!!!

I showed some of yer mob this in the Heggy just before the end of the season too. They were puzzling over a few - some maybe no longer with us?

Hi Foo Kin just in, that was a good read well done to you sir
most of the questions I would have asked have already been asked so off the wall it is
would you consider yourself to be a 2 in1 (shampoo/conditioner) type of guy or do you favour the 2 separate bottle arrangement?
Staying with the hair theme which united player/pop star/film stars hairstyle did you copy when you were younger ?
BTW hats aff to you for sleeping out that night , I wimped out and didnay get there until aboot half six, also loved the photo brought back some good memories CHEERS

I'm sure it'll go fine either way.
Hope today wasn't too bad for you and Mrs TEK and you got through it ok, hate funerals.

Where should the safe standing section be?
The romantic in me says The Shed, but realistically ETL.
I'm just along from you Bugsy from what you said in your grilling.
I'm half way back right side looking onto pitch between 6 yard box and edge of penalty area and bought next season ticket already - it came this week.
That's where I used to stand pre-Dode Fox, other side of half way line three rows from back since it was built.

Morning DTRA!
I was definitely in the former camp of "wash n go"; IMO the two bottle arrangement is for girls (let's see how controversial that is on here!!!). Now it's more a case of "washed up n past it" as I shave my napper to the wid every three weeks now, so shampoo not required!!! Just to show how times have changed from the early1980s, round about that time, as well as getting a perm, I also had my left ear pierced. My dad blanked me for weeks and weeks and openly stated to all and sundry he had a poof as a son!!! No diversity training back then.....
To be honest 99% had long hair back then. Growing up I idolised Georgie Best and my bedside lamp had him on it. United wise, the best or most memorable hair would be Sieb D or Christian D, with Sieb's porn star tache clinching it. I'm not at mouser guy either though!

Good morning Foo Kin !
Thanks for your answer FAF and got to agree with you abou the 2in1, the bit about yer old man got me thinking of when I left the Sunday Boys League back in the mid 70's and starting playing futba with the older men in the juvenile (under 27s) they seemed f'kn ancient! but back then your showering kit consisted of a towel and a bar of soap nothing too scented of course, shampoo was borderline but you got away with it if you used Vosene mair of a chemical smell than perfume, no smelly under arm stuff ( considered very Doris Day ) Johnstons baby powder seemed to be the weapon of choice.
I really don't know what they would make of lads today with all their moisturisers, gel, wax and all the rest of the hair and body products they carry about in their man bags!

Interesting stuff once again, Foo. Was out in Glasgow on a booze up last night, so missed the original session.
Especially liked the Roma ticket story, you're a part of the club's history!

That was a fantastic read fooky and brilliant pictures too.
Can't decide what was the scariest though
The Crocigator clip
The Rory Mcllroy hairdo
Or the skin tight bleached jeans and pumas lol
Well done though and some life, keep it going
Best ever pair of trainers?

Thanks St Obs. It's been a good life thus far, albeit United have broken my heart more times than any woman ever has!!!
Due to my age, I go in the cream puff when I hear the younger ages on here or elsewhere slag Dee fans off for being "Samba" wearers. I've always possessed a pair of Black Sambas, but my fave trainers were a blue suede pair. I even have a pair of Adidas Samba golf shoes FFS!!! Classic, no frills and simple design......just like me

Good read Fooky. Very true with the Sambas. I wouldn't consider myself an older one, but they are a design classic. The navy blue suede ones are top! Not a fan of the black ones though.

Sambas are the bizzo like.
Don't care what anybody says.
