Charles Kennedy

Passes away aged just 55.

Sad news.

Seems to be one of the very few politicians out there who was universally liked by all.

Re: Charles Kennedy

Gone too young, no matter what your politics were he seemed to be well like and a decent man. Thoughts are with this family. RIP

Re: Charles Kennedy

RIP, seemed like a good guy.  Have to say when he was on Question Time a few weeks back he looked really bad.

Re: Charles Kennedy

Even during the referdum campaign he seemed not to have the same fire he once had. Shame, really was one of the few politicians you felt you could actually trust.

Blair will turn up at the funeral, no doubt in his pious mode, with no self awareness of his damage.

Sorry to read of Charles Kennedy's death, I think the broadcast media (I'm mainly thinking of publically funded BBC who thought it fitting to put a excruciatingly drunk man on television in late April’s Question Time) should reflect on their contributions.

Re: Charles Kennedy

Sad news. One of the few likeable ones. Probably needed more help for his alcoholism. Really sad for his young son.

Too much commotion
