I dont think it's just luck, I've read and heard him and the players interviews and they all say he tells them exactly what their individual roles are when they have the ball and more importantly when they dont have the ball.

I know quite a few Norwich fans down here and they tell me if they lost the ball before he came, they used to shake their heads or blame somebody else, seemingly he's told them to work and get the ball back or you're benched he's not got any time for prima donnas you dont work all the time you dont play that's why Hooper hardly gets played seemingly
