I never saw him  do this. Right in front of me in the GF Lower, at the half-way line. He did grab McCalisters leg as a reaction to stop him from booting him any further.

I see there are images goin about on the net courtesy of the Scottish Hun. If he has done something daft like what's been suggested, he's been a phuckin numpty, but then, mibbee he thinks he'll get an offer like Suarez. Didnae do him any harm, did it.

Spfl have the footage - on one of the highlights I watched, they had it from alternative angle but cut it short before you could see it.

If he's done it, then he's an idiot and should rightly be punished. Likewise, if the dee is lying then he should be pulled over the coals and given as big a ban as ciftci would get if it were proved he did it.

I'd say, if we don't here about the compliance officer getting involved, then perhaps it didn't happen.

Also the ref was about 2 yards away and looking towards ciftci when the incedent occured

Shifty tries to collect, but Jailbird catches the ball toward Fatty Harkins
Shifty tackles Fatty and wins the ball and falls as  Fatty stumbles onto half-way line
The ball is now on the ground at Shifty's chest
McPlaster comes in with dangerous sliding tackle and collects Shifty in the process
Fatty Harkins gets re-involved while Shiftys on the ground with McPlaster kinda kneeling on him
Madman blows for the foul

Now close shot
The ball and McPlasters right foot are under Shifty's back (right side)
McPlaster stands up with his arms in the crucifixion
Shifty grabs McPlasters leg at this point
Madman is now running toward incudent arms raised but he is blocking view of Shifty's head. He is standing right over Shifty!
Shifty rolls over to let Coote get the ball, but you canna see Shifty's head clearly coz Madmans legs are blocking the view.McPlaster now looking down
I think Shifty might have lost his balance a bit rolling over the ball
Coote gets the ball from under Shifty, then McPoke comes over and tangles with Coote fir the ball.
As Shifty gets up, it all kicks off

As Tangy says  the footage from the camera at the Shed cuts off. McGowan and Coote were both looking straight at Shifty when it happened so they'll be the only ones other than Madman who had a view.

To stick up for him in the way of that statement, suggests to me that they have CONCRETE evidence that he didn't do it, otherwise wtf are we playing at?

The pictures ( if genuine) look pretty conclusive to me. . . Although the 'bite' mark one could be any cunts leg.

Something isn't right with the whole thing imo.

Agree completely

Utd should have admitted he did it and argued provocation. They'd have a good case. McAllister went through Ciftci two footed with a dreadful challenge then kicked him at least once before Ciftci reacted with the alleged bite. Personally, if McAllister had done that to me I'd have got up and rapped him in the puss.
