Paper in Newcastle Oz saying that, beside ST, United director Mike Martin who works for HSBC is part of the constortium interested in buying Newcastle Jets.

"Thompson told the Herald on Wednesday night from Scotland that he and Dundee United director Mike Martin had made an offer to Nathan Tinkler before the fallen mining magnate placed the club into voluntary administration."
