I would have preferred St Johnstone.....desperate to exorcise the demons from May as soon as possible but we have them the following week so either way we will play the same team twice in a matter of days.
6 points and a place in the 4th round will do nicely that week.

Totally forgot about the draw.
Glad it's a home draw.Don't like double header matches against anyone,though it is what it is.
They haven't knocked us out a Cup since what 1995 ?Nearly 20 years.
I will be hoping that trend continues.

The Daily Ranger claims it's because of the Commonwealth Games. I'm not so convinced.

But the SPFL insist their hands are tied ahead of today’s draw. Operations chief Anton Fagan said: “This was done to ensure the smooth running of the tournament.”
Total bull. Just like the SFA last season with out neutral game at Ibronx. Amazing how one team alone seems to benefit from these decisions.
