Just before Charlie Nicholas scores his penalty (4:50) News comes through that Utd have defeated Dundee 2-1 to clinch the title.
Huns jumping up and down that Dundee United FC have just stopped Celtic winning the Scottish Premier Division on their own ground.
Rangers fans celebrating Dundee United stopping Celtic winning the league...let that sink in for a wee minute.

TEK, I'm sure every set of fans would do the same. Three years later our last game was against Hibs at Easter Road same day Hearts 'lost' the league. The crowd was very small, but I remember as we scored the winner late on, Hibs supporters celebrated simultaneously, as they were hearing of Kidd's double at Dens.
Our previous two games were a home defeat from St Mirren, and an away draw to Clydebank...... otherwise we would have won the league that day.
Outside the ground many more folk were celebrating than inside, since the local rivals Hearts had been beaten. A taxi stopped and gave us a free lift to the station, and the driver come into the pub with us for a celebratory drink.
