Alex Neil

Good chance he could have departed Hamilton for Norwich before we face Accies next Monday.

Good luck to the guy if he gets it.

Has done an exceptional job there.

Re: Alex Neil

He has indeed, there must be a brain under the maris piper looks, good luck to him providing he throws his "tattie ower the fence" before Monday night, he has they Accies "weil drieled" and they've "burrowed" thier way through the League so far with him at the "wheel of his combine howker" but hopefully they turn "intae a bad crop" without him if he "sows his seed" elsewhere

Re: Alex Neil

Reckon the St could be "mashed".

But seriously, watched Accies 1st team kick our 20's off the park at Oban pre-season, with Neil probably the worst offender. Immediately predicted a long hard season for them.

WTF do eh ken.

Re: Alex Neil

Jackie might have been in with a shout for some of these jobs if he'd won the cup.

Good luck to Neil though done a good job and not nearly as big a wanker as Billy Reid.

St Obswell though?

Great poster.

Yeah yeah Industrial Estate

Re: Alex Neil

Looks like he as good as gone now. Not sure what kind of Accies we will stumble upon on Monday.

Re: Alex Neil

Who will Accies go for?

Danny Lennon?
Derek Adams?
Barry Ferguson?

Wouldn't be surprised with Lennon, given Accies youth policy and Lennons willingness to play youngsters.

Re: Alex Neil

Sportsound say Martin Canning their centre half is most likely to get it. He's Neil's best mate seemingly.

Too much commotion

Re: Alex Neil

Please not Derek Adams, we've only just got rid of them.

If they don't appoint someone already at the club I think they are likely to go with a young appointment who will play a similar attractive style of football with emphasis on youth and not tried and tested journeymen footballers. Step forward -

Re: Alex Neil

Got the better of Neil Lennon today as Norwich won yet again, defeating Bolton 2-1 away from home.

What a job the guy is doing so far.

He has something about him.

Re: Alex Neil

Alex Neil must have a good agent, as must Hamilton in general given the amount of their players that've got good moves. Brian Easton got a move to the Premiership remember. Brian Easton!

Re: Alex Neil

A lucky manager is better than a decent one.

I'm hoping Jackie gets lucky.

Re: Alex Neil

I dont think it's just luck, I've read and heard him  and the players interviews and they all say he tells them exactly what their individual roles are when they have the ball and more importantly when they dont have the ball.
Russell Martin said " If we stick to exactly what he asks us, individually and as a team it always works when we dont  that's when it goes wrong"
I know quite a few Norwich fans down here and they tell me if they lost the ball before he came, they used to shake their heads or blame somebody else, seemingly he's told them to work and get the ball back or you're benched he's not got any time for prima donnas you dont work all the time you dont play that's why Hooper hardly gets played seemingly

We don't give a damn what the others say
We'll cheer on United all the way
For we are the Terrors of Tannadice
