Whole Squad thoughts - keep or bye bye
My opintion are as follows, what's your thoughts??
Rado – Heads up his arse most of the time, pulls off some magic saves but throws more in than he keeps out nowadays. He is a shadow of the keeper who first arrived and went ballistic when he lost a goal. His back muscles must be superb as he’s forever picked the ball out of the net. – bye
Dixon – willing to give him time as he’s came into a shocking team and he has the heart for it but needs to get a grip of the other fannies at the back - Keep
Fojut – to me his positioning at times is all wrong, gets caught flat footed and spends more time wrestling with players that winning the ball – he seems to play better with Morris – Keep
Dillon – Canny defend, canny pass, great guy and servant but sorry Sean it’s time to move on – Bye
Morris – By far the best central defender we have and we have missed him this season, get fit and he’ll be fine for me – Keep
McGowan – the one bright spark in this shit run, looks good going forward and loves to put the boot in – Keep
Souter – Said last season he should have been loaned out and I stick to that, too raw and dipping him in and out of the team is not helping him, 30 games for Forfar or Arbroath would have helped him IMO – Loan out and keep
Paton – looks done this season and it might be off field issues which are causing this, he looked a player last season but this season it’s not happening for him – Keep (on the prospect of him getting back to the form I know he can produce)
Butcher – Found his position but seems to be the fall guy for Jackie to hook if it’s not happening, play the boy FFS – Keep
Rankin – Loved him a couple of years ago but he’s struggling now and is becoming a squad player and nothing more, big heart but this is not matched by ability unfortunately – Bye
Connelly – Too early to tell however his final ball is not good enough but he’s young and time will tell – Keep
Telfer – looked a player each time I have seen him, how he is not in the team is baffling to me, I predict he will be the new Armstrong in a couple of years – Keep and FUCKING PLAY!!!!
Spittal – not seeing it yet, runs about but not made me sit up and take notice at yet, again young lad give him time to develop – keep
Muirhead – Thrown to the lions so far but wait to be impressed – Keep
Erskine - Looked great early in the season, just looks unfit all the time, if it's working for him he's good but head goes down too easy on the whole its a - Bye
Dow - IMO he's a squad player and will never be anything more, 1 good game in 5 type ratio which is not good enough - Bye
Nads – Maverick, when he plays he’s superb, when he canny be arsed he’s useless – Keep however he’ll be looking to get out in the summer so he’ll be gone anyway
Anier – in a word Shocking! Looked a player at Motherwell but has been murder with us – Bye
Mario – Chocolate Teapot, clearly not interested – Bye and take yer wonky hammy’s with you
Any others I’ve missed out aren’t worth talking about so they can go tae!
If i've missed anyone then my bad but they are obviously too shite to make an impression on me

You cant just say bye bye to players, you have to pay them off. Jackies mate, Mark wilson for example had to get his contract paid off.

Rado – Same as yourself MD. Have to question what has gone on for him to fall quite so badly – bye
Dixon – Same - Keep
Fojut – Very tempted to say Bye in all honesty. Gets caught out too often in my opinion.
Dillon – Is better than Fojut and can cover all positions. Based on the fact we are going to be looking to cut next season I think we will need him. Is more capable at RB than Watson or Wilson ever were - Keep
Morris – Same – Keep
McGowan – Same – Keep
Souter – Think we should just start playing him rather than a loan out tbh - Keep
Paton – Could be right, head is elsewhere at times. Think/hope he will regain it – Keep (based on rankin and Butcher most likely gone)
Butcher – Would love to keep, but think he wants away – Keep (although gone in reality)
Rankin – Same– Bye
Connelly – Will only improve, needs time and time to bulk up a bit – Keep
Telfer – Is going to be our big player – Keep
Spittal – Definitely a player there, needs to find a position though and stick with it. Still very young, needs time – keep
Muirhead – Same – Keep
Erskine - Think a lot of his running and tiredness is due to him being the only one trying to chase games. Will need him next season based on potential cuts - Keep
Dow - Same - Bye
Nads – Would keep, frustrating as. Would probably be even better when you think of the amount of forwards and strikers that just can't do it for us - Keep, but will be away.
Anier – Needs a chance and a run. How many forwards do we need to go through. Formation/tactics is the answer to unlocking this one I feel – Keep
Mario – He is done, Hamstrings are knackered - Bye

We know, but fair few a likely to be going due to contracts ending anyway. Only a couple it really applies to that would need a pay off.

I tend to agree with you about anier and bilate? However? Should we keep on mind that no striker has done well in a jmac team?
Nadir likes the play behind a striker, apparently.
We pumped balls up to anier and that's not his game. Check out his goals montage on YouTube. All balls in behind, turning the defence. We don't do that.
As for the defence, they aren't been shown how to defend!
One good thing is its a good bet for the punters - both teams to score and a winner...
Agree with the majority of your post though

Rado: bye
McGowan: keep
Morris: keep
Fojut: keep but try out on right side of the 2 centre halves
Dixon: keep but bring in young left back as competition
Souttar: keep but loan out for 1st half of next season (I get the feeling this won't happen due to the club being worried that one of our percieved assets goes out on loan and ends up not getting a game thereby wiping out any remaining transfer value he has left)
Dillon: thanks but bye
Spark: keep but loan out
Petrie: keep
Fraser: keep and build team around
Telfer: as above
Rankin: bye
Butcher: keep
Smith: bye
Paton: keep but move him in with Huntedbyafreak whereby Arabzone can film a weekly Utd version of "The Original Odd Couple".
Erskine: keep for now but if offer comes in let him go
Dow: as above
Connolly: keep
Spittal: keep but put out on loan for 1st 6 months
Muirhead: as above
Bilate: give him preseason but if he is still frequently injured by deadline day move on.
Anier: bye
Ciftci: keep but gone
Moore: keep but realisitically I don't see it happening for the boy which is a real shame. (really, really hope I'm proved wrong on this one though)
Adeyemo: loan to Championship
Murray: keep
Pole in goal 2: loan out
McCallum: keep
Gardyne: bye
Oyenuga: bye
Graham: bye
Watson: keep but gone.

Rado, Butcher and Dillon (not too fussed about any of them going) out of contract just along with most of those on loan. Ideally a few more will go, but that depends on money or clubs wanting them.
Most important thing is we bring in ready to play quality players, rather than quantity of average/future players. Also need to play a formation that suits the players we have, we're not doing that just now.
