We are in big trouble next season. Someone at the club needs to get a serious grip on a number of fucking issues. All the good work started by Craig Levein appears to be quickly getting flushed down the toilet. Manager appears to have lost the plot. Chairman couldn't give a fuck.

A slight overreaction there its not the 1st time we have taken a tanking at Celtic and it won't be the last. In Scottish terms this is a good Celtic team remember inter Milan failed to win there, to suggest that its tannadice armaggedon is a daft reaction.

The Partick and St Johnstone games are the barometer I am using. We haven't won since Stranraer. We are the worst team in the league right now.

Granted those 2 performances were dire however we have won many games this season (without elton and David). Remember we lost 6 in a row last season. Confidence will be low at the moment however there are still plenty of good players at tannadice that the majority of SPL teams would love to have in there team.its time for cool heads.

Text from my son a minute ago said: "Disgraceful!!! Fucking ashamed!! Put the kiddies out Saturday. Save some face!"
I can't argue with that.

Sitting in a pub in London, the only bloke with his pus tripping him. 1 or 2 of the regulars ask if I was feeling Ok. When I said that my team were getting beat, they said I didn't sound like a Man City fan. Told them I was Dundee United, and we were getting beat by Celtic in the Scottish Cup QF. They offered their commiserations and offered to buy me pint. Made a couple of cockney buddies but no very good company TBH.

Leedsy if the first team can't get anywhere near Celtic playing the kids could well end up with a record defeat tel your young lad to keep the faith.

After looking like a little boy lost in the 1st half i was very pleased to see Blair play very well in the 2nd half.
He's not ready to play week in week out at this level, yet.
But yeah, there's something definitely there imo (though i've always thought that).
McGowan also played well and was unfairly sent off imo.Though was hard to tell with any certainty as happened at opposite end of ground.

Just hame and spewing. How many cheap goals are we going to continue to lose to dinked balls into the box. And this playing without a proper number nine is really getting on my thruppneys now ana. The only bright spot was the Feck the SFA getting a solid airing. The refereeing really is beyond the pale now.

Biggest concern is there are certain players taking the field believing they arent good enough to be on the same park as celtic. You see it in their body language thru the game. If as a player you dont believe in yourself then you will never achieve a thing.
Still got 3rd to fight for, bug it should be done while preparing the backbone of next years starting 11, starting with John Souttar and Charlie Telfer.

the season is fucked.. The shed i wished i shared you optimism on fighting for 3rd.
harsh reality we have fucking no chance.

The reality kinda struck me last night of where we are in real terms. If we were to take Celtic out of the equation then we would have won the League Cup and be sitting in the Semi of the Scottish with three other beatable teams.
That was my first trip to Celtic Park for a Celtic game last night for a long time and it really hit home how small a club we actually are. They are a massive, massive club with resources which would exceed the whole of the other 11 teams in the league put together. Case in point was their half time draw was for £12k last night, Utd’s 50-50 is usually about £250
Their Hospitality areas would most likely be the same size as the whole of the Eddie Thompson stand.
Should we have a chance of beating them? A one off game yes, over 4 games in a row, no, that is the reality of it unfortunately.
Would I change my club for that and all they stand for, absolutely fucking not. We are hurting today but we will always be UTD!

Gread post! It's been a shite few weeks and we will be clear of it by Saturday evening. Four games against Celtic would have tested anyone's metal. Onwards and upwards.
