Celtic v DUFC - Wed 18th March SCQFR 7.45pm

Just realised there's no match thread yet.

After the deflation of Sunday i am really looking forward to this strangely, and don't feel terrible about our chances either.

Seems like just about everyone who can is making the effort to attend this and with rumours on twitter that celtic have only sold 20-25,000 tickets then this may well play into our hands if we can get behind the team (as we did very well on Sunday tbf).

Was thinking will Jmac maybe even consider going 3-5-2 for this do you think?Given our problems at LB.

Spittal will offer cover for Souttar and will actually hold position. Won't bring much flair but Connolly, Telfer and Ciftci are there for a reason.

Destroyed at the Parkhead Torture Chamber....AGAIN.

What could have been one of our best ever seasons has quickly descended into a bit of a shambles. And it's just one kick in the balls after another at the moment.

I'll give my views on the game tomorrow at some point, far too dissapointed to write anything coherent just now.

Only positive on the night (personally) was meeting a few boys off of the board.

Re: Celtic v DUFC - Wed 18th March SCQFR 7.45pm

What was McGowan sent off for? Left at '80.

Time to play around Telfer, Connolly, Souttar and Muirhead.

Re: Celtic v DUFC - Wed 18th March SCQFR 7.45pm

A complete wet pump of a season. Going to Parkhead on Sat as it's been a long standing agreement but will not be parting with another penny this season on an entrance fee. That includes the Derby at Dens. Actually wouldn't mind if we finished bottom six to avoid having to play Celtic again

Because the ref had to even up Stokes's (deserved) red card for hitting Paton.

Basically.

Re: Celtic v DUFC - Wed 18th March SCQFR 7.45pm

Last night was the worst we have played in the three games. I now remember why i don't usually go there as we roll over and let them tickle our tummies. Less said about the game the better TBH but the boys on the park look jaded and a shadow of the team in the first part of the season. As TEK has said anyone going on Saturday deserves a medal as i can only see us getting a complete pumping of about 5 -7 goals against.

Positives from last night - Fans were in really good voice and supported the team throughout and the chips and curry sauce was quite nice. oh and that fat gimp in there end was good for poking fun at!

Re: Celtic v DUFC - Wed 18th March SCQFR 7.45pm

Watched the highlights. McGowan challege was a yellow, no more. Career ending challege? Behave yourself Deila (I can see why Celtic hired him, does not stop whinging. A dripping tap). John Guidetti should have had a yellow for being a knob and another one for being shite.

Re: Celtic v DUFC - Wed 18th March SCQFR 7.45pm

As soon as Stokes seen red I turned round to my mate and said 'we will get someone sent off in the next five mins to even it up'.

We're not having any break or competency fae the refs unfortunately.
