does any body know why he won his appeal,?did the officials deal with it at the time,or was the compliance officer doing it off his own back shifty seem's to be a marked man now also good on the club for fighting this injustice

Like I said last week SFA are completely inept at their job, there's no reason at all to over-turn this decision. Ciftci should have seen red on the night, should have been banned. Just goes to show what a little shouting can change. Terrible decision by the SFA but happy to get it.

Well done United for having the balls to appeal. I wouldn't have blamed them if they didn't, disciplinary system has no consistency/continuity.

Let's see how the decisions go over the next three games.

A Disciplinary Tribunal convened today in accordance with the Judicial Panel Protocol to consider Nadir Ciftci’s alleged breach of Disciplinary Rule 200 at the Dundee United v Inverness Caledonian Thistle game on Tuesday, 24th February 2015 found the breach not proven.

Makes up for all the other injustices at least! Happy with this.

This whole compliance officer and the system is a fucking mess. Would too sensible to sort it though, as that makes sense.

You are right about the SFA being shyte at their job but the decision being overturned is based on evidence. The footage was inconclusive mate. Correct decision based on evidence and not influenced by any amount of shouting bud.

The footage would be the same as available to the compliance officer, so maybe they're going for third time lucky (or three citings a suspension).
