There's a wee part of me that thinks if Jackie thinks the 4231 is no longer working and wants to change the formation he should just try playing 2 uptop (Nadir+Henri) and 2 wingers (Dow+Connolly) with two ball winners in the middle (Paton/Rankin+Butcher).

Good old 4-4-2.

There's goals in both Nads and Henri but both look isolated in recent games.

Would keep things simple,everyone would know their role,as currently i'm not sure everyone does and too many players are not playing in their favoured position either (Dillon at CH,Nads in LM etc).
