Hey guys,
Just got the nod from the gaffer and we are pleased to announce Tekel Towers first ever movie quiz. This will be held here in this sub-forum next Sunday night at 8:30pm.
40 questions done by myself, incorporating the 70's, 80's and 90's movies only. Answers to be Private Messaged to myself please, deadline will be at 9:10pm the same night so you will have 1 minute to answer each question.
Hopefully I have judged the hardness/easiest level correctly and if it goes down well then I don't mind doing more, like I said to TEK, I could have done 40 questions on the 80's alone.
And ultimately hopefully the participants enjoy it too, everyone is welcome

So 1st question was pretty easy and 2nd was a bit too obscure I think.
This one is more mainstream.
Q3: Last words of Mickey Goldmill in what movie: "I love you, kid. I love you. [gasps harder] Your instinct...[stops breathing]" - cue men around the world pretending to have something in their eye...

Is that the one by Frank Capra? TBH I have never seen any of Capra's films yet, not through choice I just havent got round to watching any, was hoping to catch It's a Wonderful Life at Christmas but it passed me by.
I am definetly not one of the mouthy snobby film geeks who claim to know it all and have seen it all, I havent by a long shot, I appriciate recommendations to films I havent seen, I also like to read a lot about them as well, behind the scenes stuff, how its made etc. Not a film geek, just a geek
