Anderlecht have signed a left back, so it’s really likely gonna be Celtic if anywhere

They’ve been linked to him for weeks

He had been out injured, hence the delay.

On official: Dundee United is delighted to confirm the signing of Lyall Cameron from Rangers on a season-long loan deal. The midfielder joins the Terrors subject to SFA clearance.

Cracking wee player and will get a new lease of life joining us. He'll be determined to do well.
Scottish too. Daily Record headline incoming. Not.

A late bid for Luke McCowan would blow up the rage ometer 😄

A couple of late bids from England would test Ferry's ambition or lack of it.

Happy with Lyall Cameron, good boost for tomorrow night.

Less than an hour to go, and zero rumours of anything from England for Ferry.
Anderlecht and Celtic both singing other left backs.
Selfishly, fantastic news. Ferry likely here for (at least) the first half of the season with Kev as his back-up getting a chance to bed in and take over when needed.
I'm sure he might be a little gutted about not getting a move, but his attitude has been spot on so I expect he'll keep that going. The challenge will be January when he is available on a pre-contract, but I'll take him being here for the next few months at least and we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.
Hopefully I don't look daft posting this now and someone comes in with a last minute offer.

Our window shuts Thursday doesn't it?

600,000 opening bid from Celtic followed by a final bid of 800,000. Wonder how well deal with it?

If Ferry’s still here come Thursday night, the best thing we can do it offer him a year’s extension on a big wage with a relatively low release clause in it, say 1-1.5m. That way we at least get something, and he’s getting a big pay increase for the time he’s here.

Aye, we won't stand in your way, but we'd like some return if you go.
Otherwise all we'll get is a the same upheaval in January will low-ball bids, after a pre-contract is signed.
Celtic if they're interested will not meet our valuation, how many prospects do they let slip away because they won't pay a Scottish club the money, just in case it helps strengthen them?

Rumour mill has Ross Graham potentially going to Salford.
English window now closed. Glad we've held onto him. Definitely dropped down the pecking order but Ross Graham at his best is a big asset for us. The thing is, will he get back to his best?

Nice wee message from Vicko on his Instagram.

Along with every “pundit” in the country slating united for rejecting it and stopping him join his boyhood heroes.
Five minutes later, someone bids 4 million for Nygren, same pundits foaming at the mouth about how derisory the bid was and that celtic are correct to reject it as he’s their player.

Think Cameron is a great signing of we use him properly. Jury out on that one.
Looks like Ferry will stay until at least Christmas. Gives his replacement a good chance to bed in. Idea about a new contract is a good one and a win/win.
Still think we need a centre forward who can score goals and possibly a defender. Ideally shifting Iovu or Graham to make way. Right back also an issue, but we are going to give the new guy a chance to adapt and see if he improves, so doubt there will be any action there.

Barring injuries will he even get a chance.
