Looks to me like Oxlade Chamberlain moves arm towards ball. That's a stonewall.

Significant that Premier Sports showed the handball Celtic goal in slow motion but did not show the Chamberlain handball in slow motion. That would have shown the motion of the arm towards the ball.

No post match mention of our penalty claim.
