I'm resigned to Ferry going in this window. Assuming that is the case, I want that to happen ASAP in order that we have some time to bring in a replacement. In some ways I'll be relieved if he is not on the teamsheet tonight.
I’m the same. I really want this deal done. The window of opportunity is getting tighter by the day. £1.7 is a huge sum for the club (and Ogren). His value is only what someone is willing to pay for him. Ultimately he is depreciating asset. We need this done now.
Totally disagree with that.
His value is going up every time he plays. His performance on Friday night for example probably added a few bob on to whatever any interested party are willing to pay.

The club is probably a bit frustrated that they accepted the £1.7m and then he didn't go. As now clubs will know the ballpark price and be a lot more stubborn with going over and above. If the boy Penrice from Hearts can go for £2m then I'd expect Ferry to be a bit above that. Chances are slim that we'd get anything over £2m though.

The Czech deal had a fair few add ons I believe and the 1.7m isnt guaranteed- it was all paper talk - so hopefully scope to get the best deal possible

Unfortunately that is only correct if we can create a bit of competition for his signature - which I guess is possible. Otherwise, knowing that we are happy to sell the valuation will continue to drop as we get closer to the window shutting. We've played this one badly. The latest 'he's here until someone meets our valuation' will not work. So get ready for someone nabbing him under value or us stubbornly denying the player a move away that he clearly wants.

Temple saying we are "quite far down the line" with a new left back, regardless if Ferry stays or goes. They want him in so that if/when Ferry goes, replacement is already in the building.
Mentioned that Anderlecht interest still there, but they are maybe waiting on one or two departures from their squad before any bid will come in. Also mentioned a big Polish club are also interested on top of Schalke and the green lot.
Still saying Yoro this week, but touch and go for involvement against Hearts.

Looks like there’s been a bid submitted by anderlectht according to a journalist from Belgium
