Game 1 by a mile.
But both served to show the spineless bastards on the field for what they were.
They were so much better than what we got, they showed they could play a bit and dig in, but only when it suited them.
This is why i give Goodwin almost a free pass re relegation. These cunts downed tools for Ross and Fox, got us into a great position then went on to lose 5 on the bounce.
Cunts.
And that's the last of the bunch gone, thank fuck. The cunts.

Game 1. Incredible 90 mins. I had rangers, celtic & aberdeen pals texting me after giving united mountains of praise. Says it all.
Amsterdam was an incredible trip. My first European away tie. I fell in love with that city and have been 4 times now. Memories made for life.
The away game finished 5-0 btw, i left in the 43 minute (had to wait until the 50th minute or whenever they let us out in to the holding area). So these other two goals people speak of is news to me. Went back in to Amsterdam and had a wonderful night.

Game 1 obviously. That said I spent the whole game saying that AZ just needed to exploit the absolutely massive gap between our defence and midfield. Unfortunately their coach must have sussed it when looking back at the recording of the game. The rest is unfortunately history.
It was then a game that totally screwed our season as unfortunately Ross doubled down on not needing a defensive midfielder (or a sportsman between the sticks) and we lost 25 (twenty five) goals before August was out!

Gonna go against the grain again and vote for Game 2.
The home win against AZ is very bittersweet. It was a great night, but obviously what followed was national embarrassment. I find it hard to take anything positive from the home win as a consequence.
That Killie win was just a few days after my Mother passed away very suddenly, and it momentarily put a smile on my face during a very dark time for me.

Matches like this, or music track can a timestamp in time. It doesn't have to be a great win or track, it takes you to a specific memory.
