Noticed Dundee released their season ticket packages for next season today (probably trying to feed off the euphoria of their 2-2 draw on Sunday) and I’d imagine United will release their prices etc soon. Just out of interest what are people likely to do re season tickets next year.
I don’t have one this year and won’t have one next season, not to do with how Utd are performing or anything it’s because I have my kid’s football most Saturdays so tend to only make Sunday matches and midweek games at the moment.

We are essentially bankrolling the fraud's transfer gambles. Will not be renewing. It's time for change.

Will buy again next season
It's not been the season we had all hoped for.
But I don't do walking away when times are tough.

My Missus works shifts, my kids are grown up, i've no interest in taking up another hobby, Saturdays I often have to myself.
I've got a few mates who no longer go, their Saturdays are taken up with doing the shopping, going for a coffee, visiting relatives.
As shite as things might be, or maybe even get worse, i'd still be tuned to a radio, app or tv if I wasn't there.
Working Monday to Friday plays it's part, It gives me something to do, my own thing, my own time, however, I no longer allow it to overly upset me, if there's a option of a night away or a city break, I don't even look at the fixture list, but sitting at home as United play would feel wrong.

Denying the club revenue because we think the owner isn't engaged or we don't like the manager, it's a bit Funster isn't it?
Edit to add, I'm going to increase my Foundation Sub next season.
Luckily I'm in a position to afford it and because the cash balance at the Foundation will be important when it comes to influencing a new owner.
The Foundation only agreed to the second block of funding for Foundation Park (old Gussie) in order to finish the project. I think the plan now is to build the bank balance.

It's always a good laugh when the ersecheeks are having a 'bad' run and it's "won't spend another penny" etc yet their ST waiting list seemingly have a million people on it.
I'll be renewing again but I'm still bitterly dissappointed at the way we went out the scottish cup and the oppurtunity that was ahead of us. Whether it's Goodwin or somebody else I'll go into next season with the blind faith we can lift a trophy and finish in a respectable league position.

Can you add two more options?
Will renew if Goodwin is replaced.
Won’t renew if Goodwin is still in situ.

What do you mean “denying the club revenue”? I don’t owe them anything… neither do you, or any other supporter. They owe it to us to put a product on the park that engages us and makes us want to spend money following them.
Two thirds of the people that voted in the poll I put up about Goodwin staying or going about a month ago said that they wanted him gone. If that’s representative across the board, then the club should be listening to that and acting accordingly.
It’s high time the club puts out an extensive survey to season ticket holders about this time every season to engage with them and find out what’s working for them and what’s not. We get treated like mug punters who should just shut the fuck up and hand over their money every year, and it clearly doesn’t bother people like you with your “denying them revenue” pish. That’s the most entitled shite I’ve heard all week, no one owes them that money.
If United want folk to buy season tickets, start listening to them and acting on the feedback they’re giving you.

I won't be buying a season ticket for next season.
The enjoyment is being sucked out of football through a combination of VAR, continued bias towards the old firm and the quality of football being produced by United being at as low a level as I can remember for a good few years.
If I'm spending money on a season ticket, I want effort and entertainment in return. I haven't seen much of that since September, despite a very promising (but short lived) start to the season.
The football is turgid, the state of the pitch is making things worse and I feel like we are back to having a disconnect between the club and the fans.
Surely the purpose of a football team is to try to win and to entertain. I haven't seen much of either this season and I can't see much changing on either front for next season unless there are huge changes to how the club is run and managed.

You seem a bit triggered by a simple opinion.
One of the defininitions of denying is refusing to give. It's just a turn of phrase.
Everyone has different motives for buying or not buying.
If everyone stopped buying tickets every time we had a manager that was underperforming we wouldn't have many supporters.
I see my season ticket and Foundation membership as an investment in the Club, not a vote on the manager. Maybe you don't, that's fine.
But you have a bit of history no?

I just think it comes across as an extremely entitled opinion. People don’t owe United their season ticket money every year, and they certainly don’t deserve to be treated like mug punters by the club. United should have to work hard to retain season ticket holders every year, and if a growing number of season ticket holders are disillusioned by the standard and style of football they’re watching every week, then it’s up to the club to address that.
When you see teams with lesser budgets like Motherwell and Falkirk playing the football they do and seeing the success that having the bravery to play this way brings, then the fans have every right to expect the club to be striving towards adopting a similar style of play and reaping the rewards that come with it, not being forced to watch this antiquated, reactionary, hoofball shite we’ve had to suffer all season.

100% agree the football has been mostly terrible. I've been critical of the coaching all season (lack of it) and I would very much like a proper coach in the dugout. I just don't think we're at the walking away stage yet.
Clearly you are.
