Re: Saturday Morning Telly

Total agreement. Me and the we man are sitting watch football on BT Sport because theres naff all else on, unless you go on kids channels with cartoons just repeated on a loop.

I can remember getting up around 7am on a Saturday for Wide Awake Club on ITV to catch a snippet of an episode of Transformers or Mask or Visionaries then later as you say watching Going Live (Sarah Green  ) or Motormouth on ITV. #happydays

Re: Saturday Morning Telly

Used to love Going Live, Trevor and Simon were pretty good, Remember they used to have that show called Double Dare on during it, the host always used to fall over in the gunge in the most fakey way.

And before Going Live used to start you have cartoons like Muppet Babbies, Ewoks, Droids and The Raccoons.

Loved Visionaries too, 'Knights of the magical light'... Ok I'll get my coat..

Pmsl.

That'll be Stampy Longnose, the boy with the annoying laugh.

He is indeed lauded as the Minecraft King.

Re: Saturday Morning Telly

Swapshop was the berries, I was never too much of a fan on any of the ITV saturday morning shows.

I hated that show Get Fresh with Gaz Top and that green alien that was covered in greeners Gilbert.

Re: Saturday Morning Telly

Does anyone remember said shop Get Fresh did a tour round all the cities and came to Dundee? The show was broadcasted from a big spaceship and it was situated on the big stretch of grass down beside the road bridge before the casino was built.

Cooking shows are the pits, on all the time.  Foodies, pork belly, kale, Michellin Stars, pulled pork, Nigel slater, that scouse freak and Tim lovejoy......what a load of bollocks. I'd rather watch superted and the raccoons.
