So, so angry tonight. Genuinely livid.
The Hibs handball in their penalty box that (i could be wrong) wasn't even Var checked.
Dalby's perfectly good goal chalked off which would have put us 2-1 up.
Us not getting the corner in the 90th minute to try and let us grab a winner, only for them to go up the park and do just that.
Their 3rd that i still think looks offside.
I cannot accept that this is just constant ineptitude from the same referee and officials. It feels like blatant cheating.
That's 3rd probably fucked now. This could literally cost the club millions.
United should be releasing a strong worded statement demanding answers, because we seem an easy target currently.

Away from the Var shambles and the gross ineptitude/corruption of the referee and officials.
Thought we were 'okay' on the night and probably the better team over all.
Ferry, Graham, Sevelj, Stephenson and Strain all very good. Good to see Sibbald back and thought he looked good in his cameo apart from mis-timing the bounce of the ball at the end to let Hibs in for their 3rd. Although he would normally have had a lot more United shirts behind him and his mistake wouldn't have been quite so punished.
Thought Campbell and Paton were again poor.
Campbell just too slow and playing too safe. A few times he was in good positions in and around their box and he never once gambled and took a man on to try and get in the box and shoot or set-up a goal. Just plays the safe sideways pass. Not worthy of a start, and looking a very disappointing signing, given the hype surrounding his capture.
Paton, unbelievably, actually seems a downgrade on VDS. Neither score, or even shoot and both are ridiculously one paced, but Jort's touch and link-up are easily superior. Didn't understand the signing of him to begin with, and didn't have much expectation, but by fuck he's probably if anything shocked me at just how totally ineffectual he's been. Cannot start on Sunday.
Not seeing anything in Fiorini either. Why has Babunski been bombed out quite so harshly? First minutes tonight since December. Is Fiorini superior to him? I'd doubt it.
All three of the January signings in fact seem to be making the team weaker and Goodwin has to stop stubbornly shoehorning them into the team at the expense of others if they are not producing. They should have to earn the jersey.
Doesn't feel like many positives to take from tonight to be totally honest.
We need to really hope Ferry and Stephenson recover by Sunday and we also need Louis Moult off the bloody treatment table and on the pitch.

These last 2 games the standard of refereeing decisions has been shocking but thought again last night Jim brought on like for like substitutions apart from replacing Will and we got away with it on Saturday but not last night. We were cheated out of the 3 points but let’s go and try and win the games.

We didn't deserve to lose that game.
Between Thier 1st and 2nd goals I don't recall them creating too many chances.
Graham & Gallagher played well, Stephenson & Dalby were decent as well.
Crucially though Hibs subbies all impacted the game and helped them get over the line. Our subbies did f##k all.
We are involved in a scramble for 6th place, Hibs , hearts & Aberdeen have better squads and will finish above us.
6th though would for me be a good achievement and not a reason to have a go at JG for not getting 3rd.

Goodwin has bottled it tonight he should have fucking crucified them on the radio
There's only so much he can say, I admire him for his constraint, he does come over very well in any interview though, I'd have him as the most erudite of all the SPFL Prem bosses.
P.S. Missed Kevin Holt tonight. Adeboyega needs rested.

Same referee who missed our penalty in opening day Dundee derby, he gave the st Mirren penalty that Walton saved, was the referee who awarded Kilmarnocks goal a few weeks ago from Watkins, then last night his overall performance
Something is going on with him, it’s a fucking disgrace.

We should be putting out a statement publicly stating we don’t want Dickinson refereeing United games due to a pattern of strange decisions he’s given against us.
We’ve gotten absolutely fuck all from refs and few very dodgy decisions given against us since the Walton incident against St. Mirren at Tannadice.

Agreed on the January signings. I thought Campbell would be a great signing based on his reputation at Luton and the part he played in getting them promoted. But based on his first few games here, I’m inclined to agree more with the Charlton and Millwall fans that say he’s absolutely Tom Kite. I thought he’d be a hardy wee bastard snapping into tackles and winning the ball back, but he’s usually found standing 5 yards off his man and just bounces off them when he does go in for a challenge. Don’t see what he does at all and he’s a big downgrade on Docherty for me.
If Goodwin’s insistent on playing this 3-5-2 with no width, which is bizarre when you have a 6ft4 striker who thrives on getting on the end of crosses, then we should be playing Jort or even Moult ahead of Paton. I really can’t see what that Paton offers at all, does absolutely nothing to complement Dalby.

Right. Heres my rant.
1 of the most sickening feelings this Season efter that gehm. We deserved at least a point. They were sitting 2nd bottom twa month ago.
Our own ineptitude.
Loose bas and oor passing was obvious. The number oe times we gave awa possesion. This p1ssing aboot alang the back. We're on a run, then stop and pass back. Does nothing for me. Campbell was 1 oe the worst offenders. Offered nothing last night IMO. Whar was Middleton.
Dickhaed & co.
The deflection fir the coarner that leads to their 2nd that he gave as a Goal-kick was right in front oe me. Fiorinis kick blocked beh Moriah-Welsh Clearly the ba comes aff his fut. The GF lino did the same in the 1st half. Ba hit aff defenders shin. He flags fir a Goal-kick.
VAR
At nae time at any oe the VAR interventions did the Ref go to the VAR monitor. A lot oe rumour that the VAR monitor beside the dugoot wasna working. And here's me thinking that it was an integral part oe VAR. Well if it wisna working, should the gehm no have been played withoot VAR. And if it was working, then how the phuck did the Ref never go and look at it. In any event, the chopping off oe the goal was doon to somebody else's opinion. Namely, Matthew McDermid. Now there's a surprez. VAR=Volatile Arab Raging.
Great to see Oor Wullie back as Shakey says.
MOTM for me Dalby.

Agree. 2 games in quick succession we have lost because of terrible and blatant cheating.
We should be asking for last nights game to be replayed unless there is a clear reason for the disallowed goal other than ‘we made a mistake’.

The longer the day goes on I’m getting more and more pissed at last night. We could’ve been fucked out of millions because of David Dickinson and var. we’d be 5pts better off potentially. That would have us 11pts clear in the top 6 and 4pts clear in 3rd.
Dundee derby no pen, Killie goal, St Mirren dive and last night is blatantly wrong and somethings not right…

What i don't get is if the goal was such a definitive handball - we all know it wasn't- then why are they even bothering to draw a line that didnt work why waste your time on that.
