I was happy with the initial appointment and although I agree with all the comments about the style we are on the right track.

The board need to back him in January though as I think we will run into a run of bad resularound Xmas due to the amount of games and the size of our squad.

To date I don't think we could have asked for much more, obviously very disappointing to go down but I watched far too much of us that season and the writing was on the wall early doors.

Craig Levein, the turn around is well documented. Would he have won us the Scottish Cup, who knows but he built a very impressive squad of attacking players.

Walton is the key though, we all know how important a good keeper is.

Miller Thomson has ability but I don't know why.i think it's Fotheringham. He has something that's difficult to coach and that's an instinct to be in the right place at the right time. Need to play him in his favoured though

For those looking in, this was a 5 aside tournament from back in the 90s where we were told to keep the trophy.

Motherwell Arab wanted to share it every week.

For me it would considering I started going in 92 regularly.

It would be Jimmy McIntyre, I thought he was brilliant for us, never stopped trying and always gave 100% when surrounded by some absolute dross.

Kevin Kyle ans Steven Thomson managed to get one around the era.

Look at the big lump of wood from Australia that currently plays, could lace Jimmy Macs boots.

I hate it when we are soft, and the player I think who not only didn't get bullied, he dragged a team by the neck and made them believe was Barry Robson.

I think we would have won that 2009 league cup if we had held onto him.

He was a hardy bastard that would compliment this team well but Glenn Middleton would need to keep up this season form, any dip back to last season attitude and he would know all about it.😀

I've been a season ticket holder since 1992 minus one in the 90s and one under Shaba.

Brough my kids up to be Arabs and we go everyweek.
