They're a two bit highland league team and we need goals. Not a place for three at the back. The much heralded attacking wing back approach loses a bit without Strain too .
Walton
Ferry
Gallagher
Graham
Thompson
Fotheringham
Sibbald
Babunski
Trapanovski
Moult
Stirton

FFS forgot about Babunski....
Got a feeling that Goodwin might do something like start Watt or Stirton as the main striker. Sometimes he does something that you don't expect, just when you think he understands the task in hand.

I think we’ll start Richards. Maybe they get 2 group games each. (And a half v Luton)

Yep, lets get back to a back 4 in this game please. I don't see Miler as a right-back but he should be able to play there for this game.

I don't think O'Donnell will play any part in this competition because it means he's played for one club this season. If we put him on loan and it doesn't work out he has to come back to us whereas we could get a second club for him in January.

I’d go for-
Walton
Gallagher
Holt
Graham
Miller Thomson
Babunski
Sibbald
Ferry
Fotheringham
Moult
Trapanovski
Direct and go all out for as many goals as possible if we want to qualify. We’re 2 goals better off than Ayr and 3 behind Falkirk so if we at least want the 2nd best place we need at least 5 goals better tonight than Ayr.

Watt and Grimshaw on the bench, Rory McLeod not stripped again.
Dave Richards in the sticks but usual suspects are starting.
Offline
Surprised sevelj has got the nod at right wing back again
Unless fotheringam is playing there, babaunski is one up and trapadonna and moult are up top 🤔

At least Middleton is dropped.
Offline
Ross Graham on the right of a back 3, when he could play central, then leave a right footer/left footer in the wider two positions.
Offline
100% in control and very comfortable but we could’ve done with at least a 3rd goal before ht.
I pray this Dutch striker is better than Moult.
Offline
A lot of nice passing movements, pitch like a tattie field and its causing the ball to stick.
Still trying to ab a bit too clever, need to start hitting shots from outside the box, rather than trying to walk it in.
Offline
Decent tempo, timing of runs from midfield is very frustrating.
Moult looks miles off it, cannae find a tangerine jersey and the linesman is getting a sore arm flagging for off side.
Any striker would be filling their boots tonight.
Offline
Pathetic goal to concede
Offline
Not looking good. We are mince and don’t look fit.
Offline
Moult not nearly good enough. He’s so slow.
Offline
Absolutely fuck all in that pen decision. Still trying to walk the ball in.
Defence a worry.
Offline
Another game where you can’t actually see what Goodwin is trying to do. Against a bunch of no hopers
Offline
Gallagher nowhere near good enough based on this
Offline
This back three isn't working, all too slow.

Grim stuff.
Back three look all over the place, could drive a bus through them.
It's not enough to qualify and as Jim would say it's extremely disappointing.
I know the grass was on the long side buttons times our boys looked like they had lead boots on.
Shambolic at they two corners.
All in all, we are out and it's still July.
Pish.

Agree, need two new centre backs if we’re persisting with this system.
