Re: Falkirk vs Utd - Saturday 13th July 3PM

Listened to Goodwin's post match interview and one good thing to be taken from up is he seems to be saying similar things to most of the assessments in here. Usually a good sign when a manager doesn't completely bs the fans. Falkirk away may have been one of the more difficult opening fixtures we could've got but it can't be a shield for such a poor performance.

Massive pressure on getting in the correct signings in the next few weeks, and I'll be quite pissed if we don't come out the blocks quickly on Tuesday.

P = F  minus T. That's rather interesting CA.
So on Saturday we not so much lacked fitness as were just plain 'tired'.
I suppose elite athletes know all about that.
And elite football clubs round the world who have a coaching staff of dozens have that sorted.
Might a dook at the West Sands after training to reap the benefits of cold water swimming help us do you think?
It's all the rage & we wouldn't have to invest in ice baths.
