Yes, indeed, but as you know that's not the full story.

Onyhow, fancy the wee derby 13/1/15.
Obviously, that's providing the venue is within travelling distance and outwith working hours?

Was talking to a few Forfar fans this week and was wee bit surprised and disapointed to hear their opinions of Scott Smith. Opinions ranged from headless chicken, little boy lost to absolute crap. Had a look on Pie and Bovril after and comments on that said much the same things. More than one said they wanted Forfar to cancel his loan. He scored a cracker in his 2nd or 3rd game too but seems to have gone downhill since then.
Airdrie fans on the other hand delighted that Scott Fraser's loan period has been extended to the end of the season.
I guess thats what loan spells are all about; to see which young laddies sink or swim.

Can someone explain to me the reasoning behind playing a development derby at Glebe Park Brechin

Wee Derby unsurprisingly called aff.

Here's hoping the rearranged fixture's at a different venue. Even Station Park or Gayfield would give me a chance of seeing KO, just.

Glebe Park gets more call offs than all the other "local" grounds combined, fuck knows why it was scheduled there.

Why don't both Dundee Clubs invest in a training facility they can both use or even buy the building next to Gussie Park, demolish it and build a wee stand suitable for such games or is that too progressive for some diehards to stomach?

Bugs just noticed your message, was working any-way but like everybody else why the f- ck play it there ?

It's a mystery. It has to be a certain FIFA standard so we won't see wee derbies like the good old days at North End (when SC was coaching the enemy ) again. Thought previous games at Brechin (Aberdeen, Formartine?) were maybe to reduce travelling, but that theory's well fucked with the latest fixture.
Could be to protect surface at Tannadice but it's money going out rather than in?

Good to see Jordan Moore getting on the mark. Also good to see Darren Petrie back playing after his long-term injury.

Moore and petrie will feature regular next season for first team

I would've thought McGowan would have got a run out to get some game time.

Goals and SC post match on the ZONE now.
Well done the ZONE (apart from Darren's goal ).

Watched the Development goals v County.
And I thought Rado was dodgy at corners...Szromnik at their 2nd+3rd Fuck me...looks pished.
Now very anxious that anything happens to Rado having watched that.Surely one of McCallum,Szromnik,Zwick or McGovern is ready to challenge?
If not time to cut our losses with 2 or 3.
Would love to get Craig Hinchcliffe on here for a Q+A as Rado's had no competition at the club for 3 years now.

For me, McCallum is the no 2 by a mile.

Completely agree, also think he's capable of being No. 1 next year, but needs game time with us at some point to prove it.

Back in 2-3 weeks and I'd be delighted to see him get starts.

McCallum really needs to start challenging now.
Been at the club for a longtime.
