Need a new keeper.

goals and nearies tonight come fae indecision and poor defending,,Dillon good at times but i agreed with micheal o'neil about the 2nd..Dillon bah watching, either step oot or step back, does neither and lets a through ball go past him...Rado then caught in a quick decision to come oot..doesna realise he can actually slide and gather, slides oot and blocks, bah spins up and another poor attempt to get it and then it ends up in the back of the net
no picking nits here, we got a great three points..but we keep doing shite like this...lose goals in situations whaur you can pick holes in about 4 or 5 passes of play leading to goals

wouldna say negativity bud, just think if a top scout, or neutral purist was watching that they's score it about 3/10
for excitement 8/10

I thought Telfer and Connolly were outstanding in the first half but pretty anonymous in the second.
Armstrong is getting back to his best too I thought.
I've always been a Rado defender, even getting in a right ding dong with a boo boy at Tannadice last year but I think its time for a change, I don't think the defence have any confidence in him.
I think we're a keeper and right back away from being an excellent team who could win silverware this season.
New GK (or Pole2)
New RB
Fojut
Morris/Dillon
Townsend
Butcher/Paton
Telfer
Connolly
Armstrong
GMS/Erskine
Ciftci

I thought we played some great stuff.
Could have finished 7-4.
Accies a good side.
First time they'de lost a game at NDP in 11 league games.
Fucked Aberdeen 3-0 and Motherwell 5-0 in that run.
We outplayed them and out-fought them tonight imo.Scoreline was closer than it should have been.

Pitch dictated a lot of that game. When you compare it too the Rugby Park one, which is decent. The NDP one really should have been re-laid last year. It is so flattened down from over use. This along with the wind didn't help either, as there was no resistance for the ball when rolling along the deck to slow down.
Even so, thought it was a good game. 1st half we seemed to be in total control, with Accies only managing a couple of efforts. We were creating so much, but were trying to look for obvious chances before shooting, was only toward the end of the first half when we took a few shots did we get the goal. Really noticed Telfer and Connelly coming on to a game, but they along with the rest of the team 2nd half fell away after the 2nd goal. Need to learn to start killing games while looking for a sucker punch to totaly finish it.
Rado had a few bombsace moments, he seems to be getting worse with each one. Losing his confidence I think. He did take a fair few whacks last night mind you.
Fojut was my main concern in defence last night tbh. Spittal was ok in 1st, but like the rest had a few nervous moments in the 2nd. Cifci was was frustrating again, but was fairly quiet on the whole.
Had quite a few non-United supporting mates watching it last night who thought it was a good game, so from a neutral perspective think it was pretty good. Even the BBC refered to it as a 'thrilling victory' and they can be a right negative bunch. Was nail biting at the end, especially knowing we don't handle/defend set pieces well, so for us not great but for the nuetral that is quite good. End of the day, entertaining and a good win.

And who was it that set off the flare? A bit embarrassing.
