Played on it against Hamilton at academy level. All the players and management know it is a horrendous playing surface it entirely dictates how you play the match. killies pitch is better as it's less worn out. Modern high quality synthetic surfaces may well be the future, however the pitch at NDP is worse than the DISC.

I'm going to persist and stupidly go. I'm in Hamilton, so feel I must. The £22 is pissing me off a bit though.
Weather has just been non-stop. Will be flooding soon.

I'm not really seeing this great "Football playing" team thing with Hamilton, a lot of long balls played from them I thought.
Online!
Its fucking hard work supporting United. Thought Dillon and Townsend were very good but Fojut and Spittal were poor. Connolly was anonymous (rightly looked like he was lacking sharpness). GMS top drawer again which is good to see. Too many seem to drop right off it after about an hour of games which is worrying. They are hacking cunts though and their fans spend their whole time booing.

Would have jumped at a 3-2 win before the game but Ffs United, you dinnae half like to put us through the ringer.

in and out of there like the SAS...great three points on a fucking disgraceful pitch...agree above they just go long ball...canna play football on that imo
rado - decent at times, bombscare at others
Spittal - had a mare imo...good in forward postions
Dillon - postioning poor at times , better on the ball
fojut - struggled
townsend - very composed
telfer - started well ..then faded
Butcher - good in spurts, game passed him by over his napper
GMS - great goal but had some horrendous touches
Armstrong - decent
connelly - quiet
shifty - pass marks
put alll the bad touches down to the pitch and wind...canna harp on about that surface enough

Missed most the first half with computer problems but, from what I did see, would hope the scapegoats and favourites might be seen in a different light tonight.
