If Boyd came to tannadice he would not be here to link up play, just score goals. It would hopefully be like the Willie Pettigrew signing. willie never did much outside the box but he made United a more successful team. anyway it's all just speculation.

I agree with that, supporters at times banging on we have no plan b so surely Boyd would give us that throw a ball in and see what happens if our normal style is being ineffective
