Good results for Derby yesterday with their win at Portman Rd and with Alex Neil's Norwich beating Bournemouth putting the Rams back to joint top of the Championship. Johnny Russell started but didn't have any impact though going by the highlights on the Football League Show. Never saw him touch the ball tbh Another former player John Eustace did manage to get himself sent off whilst Noel Hunt missed a great chance to equalise for Ipswich in the dying minutes.

Would we still recieve an add-on for Johnny if Derby get promoted this season?

I remember with the Noel Hunt money there was a time limit set whereby they had to be promoted within 2 years iirc.

I would think so as he hasn't been away too long, not long enough to extend his contract further. I am hoping here a touch.

I would have thought it would include add ons for promotion this season and/or for the duration of his original contract. I reckon ST would have negotiated this with the Noel Hunt deal in the back of his mind then again it may also have put ST off such arrangements too but i doubt it as we're led to believe the deals for ARob & Gauldy include add ons.
