Quite a long interview here (18 minutes).

Quite a good, positive interview.

My only concern is it sounds like he isn't going to sign any Strikers and is gonna go with what we have.

I know budgets are tight but can we maybe look at buying a second microphone so we can hear the questions a bit more clearly

Agree its a positive interview, Jim always is positive in his mannerisms and chat though, but it is refreshing seeing somebody trying to talk things up.

Interesting re Glass, as we all know he certainly has ability but never seems to influence games very much when he's played - hopefully he can finally start doing something when/if he gets the chance.

For me barely puts a foot wrong:
Quite an eloquent guy, can't say fairer than what he has to say. Good football brain and got manager's role which we've been crying out for.
Talks up the borderline, upcoming and even Watt who he's stuck with players.
Answers questions on imminent arrival of incoming players.
Don't like Youtube approach to signings, prefer good old fashioned scouting network, but hey, this day and age what are you going to do ?
