Very well done to Behich. Recovered from a poor first half to go on and have a solid 2nd half and played his part in the Ozzies keeping back to back clean sheets.

What a magnificent World Cup this lad had.
Helped his country to back to back clean sheets and wins, helped them progress past the group stages against the odds after getting hammered in their first game. First Utd player EVER to have played in the last 16 of the tournament, and almost the first Utd player to have scored in the tournament since Dave Narey in '82 (and my God what a goal it would have been).
Went toe to toe with some of the World's greatest players, including the best one of all-time (literally) and done himself, his country and our club proud. Earned Utd a few quid into the bargain too.
Well done Aziz.

Anybody in the know, ken how much the Club gets for our players involvement in the World Cup?
Saw a post on the United twitter yesterday (canna find it now) that we'd be getting @circa £260k for Behich and @circa £150 for Levitt.
As I say, there no meh figures, some lad posted this on the United twitter account. Mibbee somedy else saw it ana.

Notwithsting the fact that in was in the play leading up to Messi goal and I loved where him'n Messi were having handbags. Geez he's fierce, can't imagine Messi would have been dissed like that - ever.
Aussie commentantators bumming up their team pre match were talking about how Aussies were a pretty irreverent bunch which would stand them in good stead.
Which is where Behich is great for us eg v the big two, he has no respect, never takes a backward step.
Bottle it.
