I have met him as well, a couple of times now, albeit very briefly both times and found him to be the opposite to as you have described. Maybe he was on an off day when you met, maybe your opinion is closer to the truth than my impressions. Either way since he came in we have been only heading one way as a club and I'm certain that we both agree that is all that matters.....

It wasn't aimed at anybody in particular but appreciate your response.
We all want the same thing - an entertaining, reasonably successful team... how we go about it, I'm sure we all differ with.
Anyways - this is a transfer thread... so here's 1 that I don't think would ever happen but I'd love.... and there's no grounds for ever thinking it would happen ... Ben Foster
Good keeper and great PR for the club with his successful podcasts. Loves a cycle too - if he can get to the top of the law on a bmx, sign him up
I think Ben is more of a media personality than a player these days. I enjoy his podcasts, but he spills the beans on everything that happens behind the scenes. Nothing is kept behind closed doors when Big Ben is concerned.

Provided it is financially sustainable I agree. Pleased you had a different experience from me, but I am generally a very good judge of character.

John Ruddy just been freed by Wolves.
35, played hundreds of games between the sticks at a high level and capped for England. Also has experience and knowledge of Scottish football after playing for Motherwell.
Ticks a lot of boxes. Be like a Nicky Weaver type signing and gives Eriksson time to develop and learn under a top pro.

He'd be a fantastic signing.

Fascinating idea. We'd have to be really clear who the no. 1 is though, and for me that has to be Eriksson to begin with.

Based on what?
You are just a fan of the club the same as the rest of us. Jack Ross and his management team will be really clear who the number 1 is at Kilmarnock in two weeks time.
Not a bad suggestion TEK good keeper, but I think he would be to expensive. In saying that though I never thought we would have got Levitt or Fletcher.

Callum Butcher, anyone heard anything about him?
Is he training with the first team or youths?
I would think that the club won't be difficult to deal with, I heard a wee rumour the other week that Motherwell were interested.

He was training alone, with one of the fitness coaches, last i heard.
The rest of the squad not interested in having him back into the group after what he done to Benji.

If that is true, then it's to the benefit of all parties that he seeks a transfer.

2 players we are rumoured to be looking at:
Charlie Kelman - 20 year old American striker from QPR
Mark Birighitti - 31 year old Aussie goalie

Newman away out on loan, imagine a goalkeeper must be incoming…

Nah, you are being far too reasonable. Seems far more likely the club doesn't know what it is doing and we should all have a meltdown

Two days ago that is exactly what would have happened, but luckily the herd mentality has changed now.
It is good the fans are positive again though, its better for everyone.
Hopefully we see a new goalie sign soon.

Oz Keeper would require a work permit. So, we might not see him anytime soon.
Better hope the big Finn is ready.

Burns in the Record saying Craig Sibbald close to agreeing a 2 year deal. What a come down after the Levitt signing
Offline
Obviously Jack Ross wanted Sibbald so let’s hope he works out.

Hope this doesn’t mean we have dropped interest in McGrath.

We’re still after McGrath and have a good chance of getting him
