1 league shut-out in over 2 months

In the league.

Poor stuff and dissapointing that McNamara still hasn't found a settled back 4.

If Curtis Good is back to fitness i reckon another loan spell could be beneficial to both parties.

Re: 1 league shut-out in over 2 months

to me this shows how much the paton/rankin thing is flawed...you can have the best defence on the planet but it'll eventually crack if constantly under pressure..you defend fae the front...not saying the back 5 haven't made mistakes but a record like that screams to me we canna defend all over the park...especially since we have 2 in place especially for that purpose

Really wish there was a like button.

The higher we press, the better we are.

and the mair team adopt that approach against us the worse we play...see Aberdeen,st johnstone and Dundee at tannadice...the best way to stop us doing it is to do it to us first...rankin etc has to push and encourage those in front to get the finger out and be brave

Bang on that.

It's no just pates/Ranks that's the problem though.

The front 4 arenae pressing the opposition enough when we don't have the ball either for my liking.

Kinda for me stems fae Jackie's 'it's what WE do with the ball' philosophy fae me.

A few needing to up their workrate a few percent.

Kilmarnock,Motherwell,Aberdeen and St.Johnstone games we were OUT FOUGHT first and foremost and that is the most alarming aspect of the defeats for me.
