After last year this game worries me. Plus we just beat Celtic, will be very confident, big away crowd going through. It's all setup for a fall for me. I'm just too negatively cynical sometimes. Hope I am seriously wrong.

I know what you mean Hammy. It would be VERY Utd to lose this game after the high of beating the Champions.
St.Johnstone haven't really changed.Still physical,organised,stuffy and boring as fuck.
They do in a rejuvenated McFadden and the boy O'Halloran have 2 forward options we will need to be wary of.I sincerely hope we will be able to cope better with their threat from set-pieces now we have Fojut+Morris at the back.
If we turn up i reckon we'll score a couple and win maybe 2-1.
I would play......
..............Czierniak.....
Dillon..Morris..Fojut..Townsend
..........Butcher..Rankin...........
Spittal....Armstrong....Erskine....
..................Ciftci.......................
subs - Szromnik,Watson,Dow,GMS,Adeyemo,Telfer,Souttar

If the weather doesn't destroy the game! Is that a possibility? Starting to snow here.

scattered sunshine forecast here mate around 3 degrees.

+/- 1 degree from freezing forecast in Perth.
Thermals looked oot.

Like others have said, United always liable for a bit of "after the lord mayor's show", didn't realise Saints won five on the bounce either.
Hopefully without Graham they've fuck all up front.
Going to go for 0-2, Ciftci and Erskine.

Anyone know how the weather in Perth is?

Think it will be a tight game. 2-2 or 2-3 United. Erskine, Donut and if we get a third I fancy Butcher.
Ciftci will need to keep the head, they will be all over him.

It is those 2 that worry me. McFadden is totally rejuvenated. Playing everyweek now apposed to in and out at Motherwell. Think St. Johnstone are our new boggy team.
Would go with that line up.
