Someone on an inferior forum labeled Elgin City as a ' junior' team.
I'm not getting my excuses in early but they are most certainly not.

Formed in 1893 & a Highland League side for most of the last century.
SPFL club since 2000.
Last shortened season they finished 2nd equal in Div 2.
In their last 5 league games they played runaway league leaders Queens Park twice, won one & drew one.
Last year's Betfred they won 2 of their 4 games.
Last season's play-offs lost out 3-2 on aggregate to Edinburgh in the battle of the Cities & Edinburgh is much bigger than Elgin
Their away form last season was measurably better than their home form.
On Saturday in their first Prem Sports tie they lost (at home) to an 80th minute Arbroath winner, 0-1.

I'd take a 0-2 defeat right now.

Only kidding of course but they are NOT a junior side.
A 2-0 home win would be acceptable, to me anyway.
