Re: paul paton spitting

seemingly no right of appeal, enough is enough take the Cunts all the way, that's twice now first the Telfer no right of appeal now this I'd hope that most clubs would back Uniteds stance on this one as they could be the next victims of
sfa/spfl incompetence!
 corrupt Cunts

We don't give a damn what the others say
We'll cheer on United all the way
For we are the Terrors of Tannadice

Said in the club statement Paton was appealing and the club were backing him 'all the way'.

Either they themselves are unaware there is no right of appeal or were taking this further.

I hope it's the latter tbh.

Normally i would say let's just move on and forget it but enoughs enough tbh.The governing body in this country continually fuck Utd over and we just bend over and take it.

Fight the cunts all the way.

I want someone from that organisation to put his head above the parapet and explain that decision.Explain what shred of evidence they used whilst coming to the said decision.

Or was it infact,as i suspect, nothing more than a Kangaroo court whereby 3 nameless, faceless individuals reached a ludicrous verdict based on no real evidence at all?

The SFA (supposedly) regulate professional football clubs in this country and are supposed to work on the member clubs behalf in the interests of fairness, sporting integrity and to ensure that the rules of the game are followed.

But who regulates them?Who ensures they are following their own rules?

Re: paul paton spitting

Scottish Fooball's Kangaroo Court confirms:

Paton denied appeal over spitting ban

19 December 2014 Updated 07:47 Dundee United will be unable to appeal against Paul Paton's two-match ban for spitting at Aberdeen's Jonny Hayes, the Scottish FA has confirmed. That is despite United having vowed to contest Thursday's decision by an independent judicial panel. It found the 27-year-old midfielder guilty despite wide-man Hayes having claimed his opponent was innocent. The SFA has confirmed there is no route of appeal in their fast-track judicial system for Paton. It means he WILL now miss the next game against Celtic and St Johnstone the following week.

Who do these Arseholes awnser to?

They answer to the clubs, and it's about time the clubs started asking some serious questions.

Going past the Paton issue, it was obvious last season this system was flawed, and nobody proposed anything to try and fix it, the clubs need to stop blaming the SFA while doing fuck all to change it, they are the people that can force change and improve the systems in place.

Re: paul paton spitting

If we let them away wi' this we might as well get the ky jelly oot and welcome all and sundry to form an orderly line
to shaft us!
What if United say ok we''ll play your game Paton loses his match fees/bonus + we'll have to fine him heavily for being a naughty boy as he was found guilty!

Paton then takes a civil suit out against the sfa ( with the backing of his union, surely they cant be happy aboot what it says aboot 2 of it's members ) for loss of earnings and defamation of character see how that pans out.

We cant keep saying forget it and move on Enough is Enough!!

Re: paul paton spitting

Some folks need to differentiate Paton missing 3 games because they don't rate him with Paton missing 3 games because of a massive miscarriage of justice.

Too much commotion

No-one, they are omnipotent and incompetent, an absolutely disastrous combination for Scottish football.

That was to St Ob.

They dictate as the clubs allow them to dictate, therez an agm every year when clubs can propose change, but all too often dont. thats the point i'm making.

NOt defending them just saying things can change but wont if clubs are willing to accept the decisions made.

It would be interesting to find out what Clubs proposed this fast track no appeal procedure that's in place at the moment. Apparently United never!

Very good article and observation by Bill Leckie in today's goals on Monday iin the Sun p24. Shame such common sense is not replicated elsewhere in the World of Sport. Well laid out St Paisley.

Any cut and paste, don't want to buy a Sun, don't want to sign up to Sun+ and would much rather have fuck all to do with Murdoch tbh?

Do like Leckie.

Any member club can make a resolution at the AGM, but it's then decided on by six SFA members and one SPFL rep. To avoid incompetence by omnipotence we're actually looking for SFA blazers (turkeys) to vote for Xmas (less omnipotence). So, you may get tweaks but you won't get fundamental change.

BTW, competent omnipotence could be OK but we've been on a slippery slope on that front since Ernie Walker/Jim Farry.
