Obviously things are tight money wise at our club but I worry for us should the worse happen this season. There is not a lot in it and we play most of the teams just below us in the coming weeks in what looks like the most critical time of the season.
Rotten luck on the injury front and the lack of income through the gate are restricting Mellons options on a Saturday when he really needs another couple of decent alternatives to pick from.
Money is tight at this point in time with Christmas just passed and folk losing their jobs however is there something we could do as fans to get some cash in for players in the coming weeks.
I dread to think of the consequences of the worst should we go down and It’s a feeling we don’t want to go through again especially after 4 years trying to get out.
Anyway what I am trying to propose is trying to raise 40000 which Mellon could spend on a few loans until the end of the season, I know that the players have took a cut and done their bit and the club/chairman has thanked us for all our backing this season.
Could we do a one off special 50/50 where all the monies go to the club, we have around 7000 regular fans who attend at times during season, can we all stick in a £5? Could we do a virtual sell out at £4
Not sure how the proposal or the idea sits with most fans or any other ideas to be honest but a small amount could be the difference between top 6 and dicing with the championship.

Saw this on Twitter, Mochrie driving past Florent Hoti the full lenth of the pitch and laying someone on. I'd have him back in place of Mcmullen
