Buying from the online shop
Ordered the new purple kit for my daughter a couple of weeks ago now but still haven’t received it yet. Has anyone else had to wait a bit of time to receive an online order? Have tried emailing United but have been rubbered.

The home kits haven't cleared customs yet. Hopefully it's because we're smuggling a new striker in the boxes.

Away strip was a pre-order, seems to be the way of business for a lot of Utd’s stuff now. Hopefully it is just a covid related delay issue for this year and not a cash-flow related one.

Yip I was told that today also but last week I was told they were printing badges on the sleeves and the week before they would be in at the start of the following week.
Sent a few e-mails before I called and no reply but this shite every week is a very disappointing and not fair on the wee lad.
Reminded me a bit of me waiting on getting the 88 Belhaven beers strip, fuckin classic that was well worth the wait.
