A Centre Forward who can score goals consistently please.

Agreed. Young left back as cover with a view to challenge Townsend.

A keeper who can concentrate for 90 mins.
4 defenders who don't stand and watch the opposition having shots/headers at goal.
A handful of midfielders who get stuck in and fight for every ball and chase back after losing the ball rather than standing with hands in the air moaning about it.
A centre forward who can score goals and F*****g PASS the ball when a teammate is in a better position.
A manager who sticks with a winning team instead of shuffling players about for no apparent reason.
Rant over. Roll on next week, onwards and upwards.

I'd settle for one that gave a toss right now

If we are to insist on playing 4-2-3-1 then we need someone else to play the sitting midfielder. We do have Darren Petrie, among others in the youth side that could play there. Definitely need someone to partner pates and dictate the game.
A striker (two?) is a must. No doubts about it. Dow is NOT a striker. Bilate is a sick note and Graham doesn't want to come back here.

Ryan Dow to be punted.

Some slightly harsh comments considering we're 3rd in the League and still in both Cups, do need a striker though
