3 of their first 4 games are on Sky so it seems they are trying to get some last minute season ticket panic buys so they can watch the match on Saturday. Very stupid in my eyes.

Re: DUTV

I think we are missing a trick here with what should be an exciting re-launch of a product that the club should be using not only in Covid times but also under normal circumstances to connect the club direct to households of every United supporter.

If Arabzone is no more why is the club website still showing £4.99 a month for Arabzone and if there is a link to join DUFC TV I can’t find it.

I appreciate that it’s easy to criticise but the communication from the club of recent  is worse than my lads under 10s on match day, we (United fans) crave it and we want it.

£6.99 a month or half a pint of lager a week is good value which marketed correctly could see a huge uptake in subscriptions instantly. Many lost interest with the old Arabzone product and the new features do sound exciting, so why no initiatives to get United fans subscribing the same way Netflix does.

Something like sign up this week with a free month no obligation and start paying from September and use the first month to start punting products for us to buy. Sponsorship, hospitality and merchandise should all be advertised through DUFC TV.

Thoughts?

Agree with it all, should be looking to maximise profits wherever possible in these difficult times for football clubs

Fair pricing from Utd, Well, St.Mirren and Killie.

Poor pricing from Livi.

Bet Celtic and Rangers take the piss.

Re: DUTV

20 quid to watch one Livingston gemme?? ffs. I pay 14 pound a month for DAZN and at a rough guess get about 200 games a month if not more from EPL, LaLiga, SerieA, Champions League, French League, Europa League--add in the Japanese games probably 500 live matches then there's the MMA, Golf, Boxing, F1. You know why I reckon it's so cheap?--because they don't have any pishy pundits at half time or full--time--just highlights. Imagine how much the likes of Mcoist will be getting. Joke!

I was having same problem having read that Arabzone members had been emailed new login details. I hadn't received anything so emailed them and they sent me a new password but that didn't work either.

I went to the DUTV section on Arabzone and just selected "forgot password" got sent a link, then changed it.

Hope I've explained that properly and it helps..

Re: DUTV

Virtual Season Ticket Holders

Season Ticket Holders over the age of 16 will automatically be given access to a Virtual Season Ticket which guarantees you access to every home fixture this season during the current access restrictions.

Full details on how you can log-in will be announced ahead of our test event on Thursday evening.

Season Ticket Holders also gain priority access to Tannadice Park once supporters are allowed back into stadiums.

Re: DUTV

Announcement today (Thursday) saying that both season ticket holders and ppv members will be told before the event how to join up to vies the match? 48 hours before the game is due - nobody knows how to access the game. Its complete madness.

Don't forget to join them for the test tonight though (even if you don't have your details).

Absolute madness. I am sure you could have every season ticket holder and another few thousand (x16 quid) buying this game but they are making it so blooming difficult to do so.

I tried to register with duty earlier and I cant even register - doesnt fill me with faith for the streams

How is it madness? Giving people 48 hours to prepare to do something as simple as logging into a website and streaming from a link they will send you? I know not everyone is overly technical but it couldnt be more simple.

Well, firstly, no information has been sent out - with no schedule for when it will be.

Secondly, if the club want to maximise on their return to the premier league, details should be sorted out and systems in place for the club to take our money. What they are losing out on currently is everybody who is a maybe for the game - if the can spend their money when they want to, they will pay now and watch the match. If they can't many will forget about it and either not watch or find a stream of it elsewhere....for free

Are they so disorganised that they don't know whats happening?

Club is pumping away numerous opportunities to focus on the positive of being back in the league

None of us have a clue how difficult it is to do the right tests and setup in order for this to work. The site only launched a couple of days ago. I would expect the team are very busy getting everything ready. Remember there is a 30 min slot with Alistair Heather needing filled, the planning that will have to go into this considering its something we've never done before must be massive.

If someone wants to watch the game, they'll watch it. They're not going to say "I checked on Thursday and it wouldnt let me do it, so I'm just going to leave it"

I just dont understand the clamour. They've said everyone will get the details today to be able to test it tonight. So if I've not had my details by tonight then I'll email the support team and they've apparently been good at getting back in touch.

Apparently the people in the shop advised emails will be sent today.
