I'm not seeing anything about titles, Tek: have you a link to this?

As I understood it, Waasland-Beveren took their case to the Belgian CAS, and it has supported their argument that the club should not have been relegated. 

So it's back to the Belgian Pro League to sort out that mess, don't think the situation is really comparable to how Hearts (and Thistle) have gone about things. The Belgian League had no vote on what was happening, again as far as I can see, and Waasland-Beveren didn't involved courts or threats to other clubs who have been promoted.


EDIT I should say, (un)happy to be corrected...... unhappy as it would potentially put pressure on the authorities here, but happy to see if there is a link about titles being 'nulled'.

I was going by the same 'exclusive' others were.

Seems they have jumped the gun.

Carry on that was on here recently with people jumping the gun
