Watched this subtitled French film tonight on Amazon Prime. Very good.

A true story about a Senegalese immigrant in Paris growing up in a rough Parisian scheme who applies for a job looking after a wealthy paraplegic. He doesn't actually want the job and only goes for the interview to fulfill the criteria of his job seekers allowance (or the French equivalent).

Wont say anymore but it is a funny and moving film with terrific performances and a poignant soundtrack by the great Ludovico Einaudi.

Would really recommend it. I believe there was an American version later made starring Bryan Cranston and Kevin Hart.

Mrs Tek has watched both and said the French original was her favourite of the two. But be interesting to hear if anyone disagrees.
