Interesting you mention Consilium, Tangy. Consilium Sports Limited has two directors, Jackie and his wife Samantha McNamara, and was incorporated in April 2018. 

Consilium Sports Group has three directors, one of whom is Jackie McNamara.

Another is a Helen (Louise) Parker, who used to be, wait for it, Sales,Marketing and Real Estate director at the Old Course in St Andrews, for Jackie's entire spell as United manager. She's been with Consilium since it was set up in October last year. (October 2019)

Finally, the third director is none other than (James) Michael Martin, erstwhile director and chairman of Dundee United.
