Just noticed that I have basically selected the team that won the Cup in 2010 apart from Fojut and Andy Robertson.

Tbh i can see why. That football we played from January to may 2010 was astonishing. What a magnificent 5 months it really was. One of the best periods of my life, simply due to the excitement of watching that Utd side and starting to realise we could achieve something really special.

Very close to picking Russell ahead of Goodie but i guess the latters Cup Final goal just edged it for me. Hard to keep Ciftci out as well. Thought the guy was ridiculously talented and a maverick for us.

I think Daly, Russell, Goodwillie and even currently Ciftci are ahead of him in the pecking order. Plenty time for that to change though. I'm sure if he sticks around for a season or 2 more then when we are doing our 2020-2030 best teams he will be the first name on there!

Hands up, I forgot about Shankland. Mainly because I disregarded almost everyone from the last 5-6 years for obvious reasons.

Exception was Andreu as I saw him in the flesh more and he's played in the top tier. As good as LS is, I've not been to as many games this season and he's yet to to it at the top level.

Almost agree with you LarsErik. For me Shankland's got it all. All other things being equal if you're opposing manager which one would give you the fears the maist - Shankland.
