Lewis maybe harsh, but we’ve not had any other regular keepers that could take his place on the bench, Zwick never really played in the Championship so doesn’t really count.
There might be a few strikers more deserving than Mikkelsen, but that’s kind of the point for me, the fact that people considered him adequate at the time summed up just how far we’d sunk into mediocrity. Thomas Mikkelsen should never be considered good enough for Dundee United.
To think that Csaba was ready to go into the season with Barton and Rabbit Hutch as his midfield two is fucking scary. I honestly believe that in the whole time we’ve been in this division, there’s not been a team, not Alloa, not Dumbarton, not anyone that had a central midfield partnership that would have offered less or was worse than those two.

I think Durnan was actually Ok for us in the Championship. I think that's his level.
Despite all the shiteness, we should've still been promoted before now if we'd had a decent manager.
