Can anybody who knows a lot more than me, tell me what the current situation is regarding the Club Online Store?
I note here the notice from the 24th March on the Club Website, that although the Ticket Centre and Club Store were closed, that the Online Store would remain open, and Online Orders would be done on a Wednesday afternoon.
I actually used the Online Store to make a purchase on the 31st March. I got an Email confirming the Order the same day.
On Wednesday 1st April, I received an Email confirming the Order had been sent out, but as yet, I haven't received it.
I tried phoning the Shop last Wednesday ( Ext. 3 ), hoping someone (Grant) would be there, but no answer. I've Emailed the Club Communcations Email, and I've used the Contact page on the Website, but as yet I've not received a response.
As a last resort, I could contact the Credit Card company, and get a refund, but I'd rather speak to someone at the Club about 1st.
Any advice or help would be appreciated.

I walked past earlier and the shutter at shop was up so someone in.
The twitter account for shop posted this on April 10.

On a similar note, I’ve tried to contact the shop too regarding refund of match tickets purchased for Arbroath away. Only received the out of office and nothing from the comms email.
Have United released anything regarding outstanding ticket refunds for individual games? Not expecting a refund or rebate on my season ticket but think these tickets are fair game to be reimbursed.

Not that i have seen or am aware of.

Maybe worth a try tomorrow with the official saying Wednesday they will post stuff out?
