Re: Dundee United Question of the Day #17

I'm a superfan, for I've got a baby's bib signed by Paul Kinnaird from that season.

Think the photo is the same game as your question #11, Tek (Davie Beaumont, where he scored our goal on that occasion at Ibrox).

Paul Kinnaird was some prospect, but never settled anywhere for long. I thought he was a wee bit daft as a young lad. I actually have got a baby's bib, which I bought in the Barras on the way to Parkhead, and Paul signed on the train on the way home in October 1987.

I was wanting to talk about the football to him, but had been involved in a fracas and had a wee bit of a mark on my face, and was pished. Paul only wanted to know about the trouble.

He seemed to float about quite a bit in his career, turning out for around twenty clubs, and I was a wee bit surprised to see he's now a fitness coach, so he's hopefully 'grown up'.

A wee bit cheeky of me to question anyone's maturity given I've mentioned going to the football via the Barras, being pished and getting involved in an altercation with Celtic fans in Glasgow, but you've got to mind, I'm a SUPERFAN!
