Would be great if we could put a roof over it (like the ones on Tannadice St for added character 
) then it truly would be an all weather facility. Maybe a non starter due to the adjacent housing on Fairbairn Street though.

Trust status prevented certain works being carried out sensibly until very recently, but expiry means onwards and upwards.
